Blistex Lip Vibrance Lip Balm

I love lip balm! I don't care if it's pricey, drugstore, or even free. I can fill a bathtub with the amount of lip balm I own. I also tend to lose lip balms so, sometimes I try to avoid spending more than $10 (but, I always end up caving). I have used several different lip balms for Blistex but, this is my first time using one from their vibrance line. 

The lip balm is enriched with shea butter, grapeseed oil, and vitamin E. It leaves lips feeling soft and conditioned. The lip balm has a subtle color with a hint of shimmer to give lips a natural look. I also liked that the lip balm came with a built-in mirror. I didn't need to use it but, I thought it was nifty to have.

Julep Nail Polish - Tanya

The carbon matte (reminds me of graphite from pencil lead) nail polish provided a full coverage after two coats. The carbon matte shimmer was a pretty effect. I found that the polish lasted 2 - 3 days before chipping. However, the polish was a bit thicker than other colors.

Stila All Over Shimmer Liquid Luminizer - Kitten Shimmer

Stila's liquid luminizer is touted as a lightweight skin enhancing liquid that adds luster and accentuates the skin.  It contains soft focus pigments which help reduce the appearance of fine lines along with skin imperfections. It is enriched with grape seed oil to nourish and condition the skin with the powerful antioxidant.  The formula is free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs, or triclosan. I found the deluxe brush to be quite annoying and ineffective to use. The pale gold shimmer goes on a bit too "whitish" for me and even with a lot of blending looks "fake" on my skin. I tried mixing a bit of it with my daily lotion and it gives me a slight shimmer sheen which looks nice,

Stila Eye Shadow - Kitten

Probably known as Stila's most favorite color, Kitten is probably the most well known color. I have tried the Stila Lip Glaze – Apricot and wasn't overly excited over it. However, the beige shimmery eye shadow provides a sheer or a deep coverage when applied liberally. Perfect for work or a base for smoky eyes.

Ever wonder what is at the end of a makeup rainbow? This little beauty is there waiting for you. The multi-use product is literally a pot of gold at your finger tips.  The shimmering powder can be added to cheeks, eyes,  and lips for a gilded look. Or if mix it with a bit of moisturizer and apply to bare skin or with a favorite hair product and apply to your hair. The powder creates a nice ethereal look with minimum effort. And the best part, it doesn't take up much space! It's a great way to add a bit of glitter to your life without looking childish.
