Too Faced Lava Gloss Glossy Black Eyeliner
The creamy eyeliner goes on smoothly. It is also very smudgeable and blends easily without tugging. It good for a cat eye but it doesn't go easily on the waterline. Overall, a mediocre eyeliner.

Fekkai Advanced Brilliant Glossing Olive Oil Shampoo and Conditioner
The
sweet floral scented shampoo provides a generous lather. The
conditioner was creamy and left my hair feel soft and glossy. My hair
was bouncy, soft, luscious, and glossy! I couldn’t stop touching,
feeling, and sniffing my hair. The only downside was trying not go
overboard on the product otherwise your hair will get a bit greasy.

NARS Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil - New Lover
This velvety lip pencil imparts a glossy sheen and leaving lips buttery soft. The creamy lip pencil is packed with vitamin E, hyaluronic spheres, and phytosterol
esther. The lip pencil left a soft strawberry color with gold flecks. While I like the color, it is hardly noticeable against my natural lip color. Overall, I like the soft wash of long lasting color and how soft my lips felt. Applying the lip pencil felt like apply lip butter but not as greasy and not sticky. A word of caution, I was using this during the summer, so try not to sharpen to much product otherwise the tip breaks off easy or melts a bit.

Anastasia Hydrafull Gloss in Bellini
The
gloss is a creamy orange pink with a hint of shimmer. The company
claims it is clinically proven to maximize and maintain lip hydration
and fullness. The gloss is packed with brown algae and Balkan Botanical
infusion to promote healthy lips. The gloss promises to smooth, firm,
hydrate and improve the appearance of the skin. The color went on sheer
and lasted for 15 to 20 minutes. It made my lips a bit soft for an hour
and wore after that. Also, be sure to exfoliate otherwise the color
might pool up on dry flaky skin. Overall, it is a mediocre gloss for
$21.

C.O. Bigelow Root Beer Mentha Lip Gloss
This foundation soda inspired lip
balm tastes and smells exactly like its namesake. The lip gloss goes on thick but it is not
sticky. The long lasting lip balm leaves a nice healthy sheen on my lips. Unlike the other Mentha lip balms from C.O.
Bigelow, I couldn’t smell or taste any of the mint. The clear gloss doesn’t
provide any tint and can be used on top of lipstick to give a high gloss shine.
While I am not a big fan of root beer, I really enjoyed this gloss and would
probably get it again.

Stila IT Gloss - Smashing
While browsing my local beauty supply store, I came across the Stila It Gloss in Smashing for $10. The sheer pink color with iridescent glitter sold me immediately. This long lasting gloss was not too sticky nor dried out my lips. It had enough shine and glitter without making me look like I am wearing a lip gloss from a makeup set made for little girls. Surprisingly, after 3 cups of water, the gloss itself faded away but it left behind traces of glitter and my lips soft.

Stila Silk Shimmer Gloss - Scarlet
I bought this gloss in several colors. I love how vibrant the colors were and how moisturizing it felt on my lips. The gloss smell absolutely great from the tube. While I must agree with some of the other users that gloss did not stay on very long and it is somewhat pricey, I still believe it is a good buy for a splurge or if it is goes on sale.
Sorry, these color swatches look kinda..well do look gross.. |
