This was my first delivery with Blue Apron. I ordered the 1] Croque Monsier Style Sandwiches with Bacon, Radish and Little Gem Lettuce Salad 2] Yuzu Kosho-Glazed Chicken Drumsticks with Shiitake Mushrooms, Turnips and Rice Salad 3] Seared Hake with Melted Leeks and Fingerling Potatoes. The recipes are were easy to make and the instructions were in detail and easy to follow. The recipes were a bit delicious and they did give a good portion size but I was still a bit hungry after eating the meal. The delivery is $60 for 3 meals for 2 servings which is decent but still a bit expensive for an every week delivery but perfect for a treat.
A review of consumer goods, make up, book reviews and sometimes a random review.

Plated - Chicken Tikka Masala and Lemongrass Pork
My brother likes his food plain so no veggies for him~ |
I read so many good reviews about the food delivery services. They always have so many good recipes but occasionally they have one good recipe I would want to try and the other are so so. I kind of wish there was more variety. This is my first order, I can't wait to try the others. :) The only thing I wish they put the steps for creating the food before you buy, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the Chicken one. My oven wasn't working the day I decided to make this so, I had to stir fry the chicken instead of broiling it.
Overall, the food was pretty tasty and there were generous portions. Now, if it was only a bit cheaper, I would do it more often.
