The Body Shop - Moringa Soap

The creamy soap lathers up well. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth. The soft floral scent lingers in the air and makes taking a shower a nice treat. The soap also left my skin subtly scented. The best part of this soap is that doesn’t dry my skin out or leave a film like other bar soaps. Plus for $4 a bar, it is pretty good deal since most French or other Artisan soaps cost at least double.

Elizabeth Arden Lip Protectant Stick Sheer Tint SPF 15 - Plum

I recently purchase this lip tint because I needed something that provided a bit of color, SPF, and has lip conditioning properties. The sheer tint lip protectant smooths, soften and protect lips. The tinted balm is packed with vitamin E and antioxidants to protect and nourish skin.  The plum tint is a sheer purple color. If you are looking for a balm with a sheer color and SPF, then you should definitely look into getting this or at least trying it.

The sweet fruity scented lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural and contains no parabens, gluten, phthalate or petrolatum. It is packed with Vitamin E, shea butter, and jojoba oil to protect, moisturize and nourish skin.  The cute easy twist-off top made the lip balm easy and fun to use. The little bump made applying the lip balm easy and made application go evenly and smooth. Overall, I like how soft it made my skin and the sweet taste it left on my lips. I am definitely a fan and I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Spice Island Ayurvedic Body Butter Passion Fruit

Passion fruit are known for being jammed pack with antioxidants and flavonoids. Passion fruit’s oil provides a protective moisture barrier that makes your skin soft, smooth and dewy. This thick creamy body butter goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. The fruity scented body butter is very intoxicating. I use this before going to bed and wake up with softer and youthful looking skin.

Pop Beauty Nail Polish - Vapor

 When I first got this nail polish at  discount store for $4, I thought I had gotten a deal. I was like..omg look at me...look at me..super thrifty spender! Until I realize it was a part of a set of 5 nail polish that depending where you look online is for under $10 and as low as $5 for the whole thing. Granted, it is a beautiful color but I feel sad that I got ripped off... *sigh*

The nail polish at first glance looks like a smokey gray but it actually has hint of mauve in it. I tried taking some photos with indoor lighting, outdoor lighting and some with the flash so you can get a picture view of this complex color. 

It has a creamy color with a shiny finish. The only thing I didn't like is that chipped fairly easy. Granted, I only did two coats one time and three the other time without a top or base coat. I am hoping with proper top and base coat it lasts more than 2 days.

BA Star - Holiday Red Lip Pencil

I was recently given the opportunity to try out the Holiday Red Lip Pencil. I have tried the BA Star Eyeshadow , and I couldn't wait to try the lip pencil. I love lip makeup, saying I have an obsession or an addiction is quite the understatement.  The creamy lip pencil provides full coverage and goes on smoothly. I like how the lip pencil provides a bright red color while unlike other lip sticks it left my lips hydrated and soft like a balm. The chubby lip pencil can be sharpen with any dual sharpener. The lip pencil leaves a satin finish and you can apply gloss or glitter on top to spice it up a notch. I also like that even after drinking and eating I noticed a bit of the color did wear off but my lips  still had a nice reddish stain which looks amazing when topped with gloss or lip balm. Overall, I am huge fan of this lip pencil and I can't wait to try the other 3 colors of the collection.
