Lush Christmas Sweater Bath Bomb

The cinnamon scented bath bomb released intricate layers of red, orange, and maroon color swirls. It had scents of spicy clove bud, Sicilian lemon oils and coriander seed. The scent was relaxing and good for tired muscles, but it reminded me of mulled wine.

Book Review - Bus! Stop! by James Yang

One early morning a little boy misses his bus causing him to yell "Bus! Stop!". Unfortunately, the bus does not stop and he has to wait for the next one. However, the next bus and the ones afterward look nothing like his bus. The little boy is confused on why none of the buses look familiar until he decides to take a chance and try another bus!

I read this cute picture book to the little tots I volunteer with and it wasn't a big hit. The book didn't have much dialogue and drawings were "weird" (according to one child). I personally wasn't a fan of the book on the "base level" because it seemed very sparse but I feel that the underlying message of finding something that fits your personality is worth waiting for or letting children experiment with different things.

Book Review - Bad Boy Rancher by Karen Rock + Giveaway

Army chaplain Brielle Thomspon is trying to get a hold of her PTSD and heal from the horrors of Afghanistan. Brielle is trying to avoid the wonders and the heartache of life by spending most of her time in solitude.  While the last thing the two of them want to deal with each other and their own demons, could be the very thing they need?

The heartwarming novel was classified as a clean romance which had romance without the overly steamy parts. I found the main characters to be enjoyable and realistic. Both Justin and Brielle are flawed and want each other but try to overcome the obstacles in their "relationship". I enjoyed that this novel didn't have the type of drama where one person pushes the other person away but rants about why that person doesn't come back to them. A very enjoyable read for anyone who loves romance novels or a fan of this series.
