Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Body Lotion

I love pomegranates and when I came across this I knew I had to try it. I have tried the Welda Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash. I have tried the Weleda Wild Rose Pampering Body Lotion and also like that as well. The pomegranate body lotion has soft sophisticated scent and lingers long after applying the lotion. The nourishing lotion is packed with shea butter, pomegranate seed and apricot kernel oil. Apparently, this lotion is made for “mature” skin to help prevent premature aging  and help skin regain firmness it has lost. The pomegranates are known for its antioxidants properties most notably protecting skin from environmental toxins and stimulates cell renewal.  While, I don’t have “mature” skin, I did enjoy the sweet scent of this lotion and how soft  and firm my skin felt afterwards.

Olay Night of Olay Firming Cream

This drugstore staple is worth it’s weight in gold and then some! My skin gets really dry especially at the temples. No matter how much cream I slather on, my skin still get dry patches. The Olay firming cream made my skin feel soft, smooth and hydrated. The non greasy formula goes on smoothly and according to Olay it doesn’t clog your pores. Even if it did clog my pores I wouldn’t even know or care, my skin is so soft and dewy! Needless to say, I wanted to bathe and roll around in this. Although, I probably just burned a horrible image in your mind and you can never undo that. Sorry.

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels

During this time of year, my personal and work obligation starts becoming too demanding  and everyone needs a little me time and my skin can use a little love. The eye mask provides a little time to relax and my skin gets pampered. These eye gels promise to help firm, tone and de-puff your eyes under ten minutes.  The eye gels are packed with hydrolyzed elastin, acetyl hexapeptide, ginkgo biloba leaf extract and coenzyme Q10.  These powerhouse ingredients promise to restore tone, firmness to under-eye area, reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve blood flood, reduce puffiness, and fight free radicals. My skin felt smoother, softer and I looked well rested. Overall, I think these eye gels do an amazing job and I actually forward to wearing them once a week and for the “me time”.

Myfaceworks 'I Need to be Firm' Sheet Mask

These little masks are the perfect way to unwind after a long stressful week. I have tried the other varieties of sheet masks and I love them all. I love their cute names, for example: 'I need a quickie', it still cracks me up but it's a great name for the potent mask that revitalizes your skin within minutes.

The 'I need to be Firm' is no different from the other masks.  Each silk mask is packed with Sodium Hyaluronate, Witch Hazel extract, cucumber and algae extract with help aid in improving skins appearance and smoothing out wrinkles.  The mask left my face feeling smooth and soft. The mask was a bit big for me and so I have to fold pieces of the mask to match up the cutouts with my eyes and mouth. As with many other masks [mud masks! - scary!] I recommend using this mask when by yourself otherwise risk hearing comments like, 'Lets fight! [apparently, I look like a sumo wrestler], or what the hell is on your face. [Well jokes them, because when I take off this mask, my face will be twice as nice then their ugly face! -take that!-]

The mask should be applied to a clean face. Remove the mask from the plastic guard and line up the cutouts with your face. Have a tissue handy since the serum may get over all of your hands or drip while you apply the mask. Then relax and let the mask do its dirty work while you sip that dirty martini. Wait 10-15 minutes, remove the mask and clean up any excess serum.

If you become a fan, like me=] don't forget to sign up for their mailing list to get discounts. Even though 6 sheets for $55 [depending on which variety you get] are somewhat reasonably priced, it can get pricey quickly and who doens't love a discount?
