Blush Cream Eyeshadow - Azure

I believe I have gotten this as a free gift when I had bought something from Dermstore as I honestly wouldn't have bought this. The eyeshadow did go on creamy and soft. It does have a nice intense blue color with specks of silver glitter and it can be smudged to make it a bit softer. The cream dried into a nice satin finished and had a decent amount of wear time. It does crease so I would recommended following up with a primer.

St. Ives Oatmeal and Shea Butter Moisturizing Body Wash

When I think of oatmeal and shea butter, the last thing I think of is something sweet and floral scented. This body wash has this weird scent, as doesn’t smell like oatmeal cookies but has a  more  sophisticated “floral” scent. The creamy body wash is formulated with oatmeal, shea butter, 100% natural glycerin,  and pure swiss glacial water. My skin during the winter, well hot weather too,  my skin gets scaly and ashy. To my surprise, this rich body wash kept my skin hydrated, moisturized and sooo smooth and soft! Even though, I was using my boiling hot water my skin didn’t even feel stripped or dehydrated. This hypoallergenic and paraben free body wash is my go to whenever my skin needs a bit of pampering.

Jane Iredale 24KT Gold Dust - Rose Gold

Ever wonder what is at the end of a makeup rainbow? This little beauty is there waiting for you. The multi-use product is literally a pot of gold at your finger tips.  The shimmering powder can be added to cheeks, eyes,  and lips for a gilded look. Or if mix it with a bit of moisturizer and apply to bare skin or with a favorite hair product and apply to your hair. The powder creates a nice ethereal look with minimum effort. And the best part, it doesn't take up much space! It's a great way to add a bit of glitter to your life without looking childish.

Julep Sea Salt Texturizing Spray for Hair

Who doesn’t love what the salty air does to hair? It gives hair an amazing bounce, texture, volume, soften and glow. The paraben and sulfate free sea salt water infused with marine botanicals to provide moisture and nourishment to hair. The spray promises to protect hair from sun damage while touting tousled waves. You can use the spray on either damp or dry hair and follow up with heat for more body. If you want more volume, use the spray on wet hair. And on dry hair it gives hair a piecey texture. I have long hair so I usually have to completely saturate my hair with the product and I really don’t notice much of a difference from my normal wavy hair.  I have mostly used the spray on dry hair, as when my hair is wet I usually like using a  nourishing oil on the ends. The only I noticed that my hair is usually very shiny after applying the spray not greasy looking.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

I have heard many good things about the Suki skin care brand and I decided to get this cleanser. I had thought I wrote a review about this as this my second bottle.  Alas, I digress. The cleanser has a sweet citrusy scent, thanks to the lemongrass extract. At first, when I ordered the product I was very curious how the sugar based scrub would be foaming.  It is quite interesting, that you take a little bit of product and mix a bit of water and rub your hands together with the product in the middle and it starts to foam. You then apply that foam to your face and wait a couple of minutes to wash it off. The cleanser does a good job exfoliate and it left my skin a bit tight the first time but my skin was so smooth and soft. I use this once a week to keep my skin fresh and clear.

Kneipp Deep Sleep Mineral Bath Salt - Valerian & Hops

If I am not mistaken, Sebastian Kneipp, one of the founders, a priest who at 28 contracted the deadly [at the time] tuberculous and was cured by hydrotherapy. Which lead him to found Kneipp with his pharmacist friend who shared the same natural product ideologies. Naturally, baths are an excellent way to relax, lull you to sleep, a treat for a hard day at work and for health reasons. While, I knew Kneipp was a good trusted brand -- I was bit wary to try the bath salts. I don’t know why, I am kicking myself for not trying earlier. After returning from exhausting day of errands and family gatherings, I was already super tired, exhausted and sleepy. I decided a bath would have been a perfect way to unwind and take it easy. When I open the packet, the air was flooded of Valerian and Hops [I am not sure what either smells like but I guess it has to be the scent I was sniffing :) ]. The blue salt crystals turned the bath water into a beautiful azure blue color. The color you imagine the water being in tropical islands [and also hiding sharks under their alluring surface]. I immediately slipped in and was immediately transported into a Greek soaking tub. I started to relax; I felt my tension melting away. The water was still fragranced and left my skin softly  scented and my skin soft to the touch. While the blue color didn’t stain my tub, I wouldn’t recommend using anything white near it [towels, mats] or porous colors though. Even after my bath, the scent is still wafting through the air. How was I feeling after the bath and was I able to sleep better? I am having trouble staying awake to write this review but I don’t feel the disgusted I - want - to - sleep - get - out - of - my - way but more like I am at peace and I could go for a nice nap. Which right about now, sounds great. Good night! I am happy to report, I did have a restful deep sleep last night. I am totally in love with this bath salt.
