Maybelline The Flash Clean Clean Express! Makeup Removing Lotion

This 3 in 1 formula removes makeup, cleanses skin and moisturizes. The makeup remover is packed with Moringa seed extract also known as nature’s purifier. The lightweight remover is easy to use and doesn’t need water to remove. While the remover removed most of makeup it was a bit difficult to remove my waterproof mascara and I had to used my LLancome Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover  to get rid of the traces of mascara from my face. However, the makeup remover did make my skin really soft.

Maybelline The Falsies Volumin' Express Mascara

Before Mascara

After Mascara

The mascara promises 300% more visible lashes with the spoon brush. The pro-keratin rich formula promises to lift and separate lashes for fuller and visible lashes. I found the patent wand easy to use and get my lashes in the tiny corners. But my lashes were not separated and stuck together looking like spider webs. Plus the mascara smudged a lot, or maybe I just kept blinking too quickly. Overall, I didn’t really like this one that much.

Maybelline Great Lash Limited Edition Mascara - Vision in Violet

I finally got a chance to try the other colors of the limited edition of Maybelline's Great Lash mascara. This purple mascara isn't as bright as the Maybelline Great Lash Limited Edition Mascara - Wink of Pink. I only notice it when I am outside in the really bright sunlight. I hope next year's version is a lot more noticeable.

Maybelline Color Show Polka Dots - 95 Blue Marks the Spot

I saw this nail polish advertised in magazines and I couldn't wait to try it. I am especially happy that  a lot more nail polishes are more in tune with Franken [Indie] nail polish and nail art trend.  The semi opaque blue tint nail polish is sprinkled with black and white confetti glitter.  The milky blue nail polish was difficult to apply and  the glitter didn't go on evenly. Like most glitter nail polishes after the first couple of uses all the glitter just sits on the bottom of the bottle.  The nail polish smudges easy and as you noticed some spots missing glitter even though I had use multiple coats. The nail polish chips very easy. It didn't even last day before it started chipping. I didn't use a top and base coat at first but even when I used a top coat the nail polish chipped and was bumpy.  The polish didn't dry shiny but with more jelly finish with the confetti on the bottom.  Overall, this is a mediocre nail polish in terms of quality but great in terms of appearance.

Maybelline Great Lash Limited Edition Mascara - Wink of Pink

I love colored mascaras but I noticed mostly "expensive" brands have them. I have used the navy mascara and was ecstatic to see  6 "new" shades. While, they were only $8 a pop at my local drugstore and I didn't really need any mascara I still ended up buying 4....haha oops! I love these  colored mascaras, I wish they weren't limited edition but here to stay forever. From what I noticed though, it seems they bring back these colors during August and they usually available for the whole month or until they run out. But let's be honest, these mascaras last forever so even if they come back once a year, if you buy 2 or 3 tubes you will be good for the entire year.

While some of the mini photos the bright florescent pink did look like my eyes were irritated when applied to both eyelashes, I still like it. Since, Halloween is right around the corner, I am super excited about the different looks I can create with the mascara but I think for work I might have to either apply to the lower lashes or just the tips of my upper lashes. Just a word of caution, the first couple of swipes were not that great and were flaky but afterwards the color went on smoothly and lasted for a good 8 hours.

I can't wait to try the others and post the photos up :)
