BioBelle Botanic Fiber Face Mask #Decadence

Facial sheet masks are a mainstay in my weekly routine. I used to use one Sundays before work but, I, unfortunately, bought so much over the years that, I have enough to use one every single day for the next five years and still have some leftovers. And now, I have quite comfortable using facial sheet masks more often. I haven't quite mastered using it every day but, usually at least three times a week.

I have used quite a few brands of sheet masks over different price points and noticed just because a mask is sometimes priced higher doesn't always mean it is good. BioBelle masks are one of those rare unicorns where they are under $5 and you notice results after the first use. I was actually drawn to this mask because I have a huge sweet tooth. The sweet-scented mask is enriched with chocolate and acai berry extracts. This mask really does seem decadent and was a treat to use. My face was left hydrated and revitalized. This is one of my favorite brands of sheet masks and I always reach for it if I know I have a special event coming up.

Sol Janerio Brazilian Bum Bum Cream

This cream has a cult following and came highly recommend from my friends. The creamy lotion is packed guarana, cupuacu butter, acai, coconut oil, mica, and pistachio caramel leaves. The sweet delicately scented cream promises to help with dry, dull, slack skin and uneven skin tone. The cream was absorbed easily but it did leave my skin a bit greasy. I didn’t noticed any difference other than my skin being hydrated.

Tarte Cheek Stain - Flush

The gel based blush is packed with 5 super antioxidant superfruit such as maracuja, goji, acai, acerola, and pomegranate.  The soft berry blush imparts a soft natural looking flush.  The blush is easy to apply and blend. After application, the blush sets in 20 seconds and doesn't budge. This is one of my favorite blushes as it super easy apply on the go and doesn't really need any additional tools other than my fingers.

Coola Classic SPF 30 Cucumber Moisturizer for Face

This eco-friendly is packed with 70% organic ingredients and protect you against both UVA/UVB rays. It is packed with Vitamin C, strawberry extracts, plankton, primrose, acai, and linseed oil to pamper and protect your skin. I love the plumeria and the unscented version of this and I couldn’t wait to try this scent. The lightweight formula does go on smoothly and evenly. It left my face feel soft, moisturized with a matte finish. The only thing I didn’t like was the supposedly “fresh, spa-like” cucumber scent, I didn't like it very much and could have done without it.

Sambazon Acai Superfood Juice

I was given the opportunity to try this juice for free from some coupons. I decided to take some to my  office to see what everyone thinks. The consistency and smell reminds me of prune juice which made me very wary to drink it. It was actually surprising pretty tasty. [Be sure to remember to shake well otherwise it might be a bit gritty.] My co workers thought the same thing, most of them thought the juice was yummy but the scent was appalling.

LaRocca Champagne and Shimmer Acai Sugar Polish

This luxe champagne body polish has promise but doesn’t quite live up to it. The sweet smelling polish is packed with acai, raw sugar, shea butter, champagne grapes and 24k colloidal gold. The scrub has poor lather and it took a bit of work to work the scrub into my skin. The scrub did make my skin smooth and hydrated but only after thoroughly having to work it in. I also noticed that I felt a slight tingle while applying the scrub and a bit of tingle after washing the scrub away. It feels like my body was covered in peppermint oil which was very uncomfortable to deal with during a freezing night in December. Skip this overpriced scrub and stick with a tried and true favorite.
