Kiehl's Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Overnight Mask

I have always been a fan of Kiehl's products. However, they can be quite hefty in price especially to a gal on a budget. On a recent (and very rare) work trip, I realized I left my night cream at home. I know, what a total newbie mistake. When I realized there was a Kiehl's nearby, just a 30 minute walk (gotta save that taxi money for more products!) I knew I had to stop by.

When I came across this small travel size, I knew it was my stars to try it. This indulgent overnight mask went on smoothly, and I woke up with soft velvety skin even with Chicago scary winter weather. The mask is enriched with hibiscus seed extract and ginger leaf to help firm skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.  I didn't get a big enough jar to see if it would help with firmness or fine lines but, it did make my skin radiant. I would definitely rebuy this mask in a heartbeat. Even if it means selling a few organs.

Caudalie Divine Oil

I love this floral scented oil. I also like it could be used for on body, face, cuticles and hair. The oil is packed with argan, hibiscus and sesame oil.  Rose, grapefruit, spicy pink pepper, cedar, vanilla and white musk lend their extracts to create this intoxicating scent. I smoothed on some of oil after my bath and my skin was soft and silky. I couldn’t stop smelling and rubbing my skin. I absolutely want to buy this by the gallons and pour into a bath and just marinate it. [Try not to imagine that]

Stila Lip Glaze - Hibiscus

The twist click pen is packed with vitamins A, C, and E and promises to repair dry lips while imparting a sheer color on lips. The Hibiscus is a sheer berry shade infused with golden pearl flecks. After the sweet scented gloss wore off, my lip were still soft and smooth.

Prestiche Rosechella Soap

I love the sweet floral scent of this soap. It is packed with dried plumeria, hibiscus and rose jive that you can see in the soap. The soap lathered well and left my skin softly scented. I noticed the bar doesn’t last very long. I probably got 5 uses before it got all crumbly and fell apart. For almost $18 a bar, it seems quite pricey and didn’t leave my skin soft or moisturized.
