Julep Nail Polish - Tali

The liquid holographic is billed as a glacier breeze color. It has a nice icy blue and silver color. It takes two coats to get full coverage and for the effect to show. The nail polish went on smoothly but it does chip in a day. Then again, all of Julep's nail polish chip in one day.

KocoStar 5 Finger Nail Pack Nail Therapy Multivitamin Nail Treatment

I tend to do my nails at home and I try to take the best care of them as possible. However, somehow or the other my nails end up raggedly. I have used Julep’s nail treatment  before so I was excited to give these a try. The nail treatments are enriched with botanicals and vitamins to protect and prevent against splitting and peeling. Each pack has ten little nail mask to slip over each finger. The recommended wait time is 30 minutes to one hour. The mask was easy to apply but I had trouble with keeping them on though. After, removing each mask there was leftover treatment on my nails. After massaging them in, my skin was soft and my nails were slightly shiny. However, the benefits didn’t keep and next week I found myself having to redo the treatment. This treatment is perfect for maintenance instead of the solve all solution.

Julep Nail Polish - Anne

The bold nail polish is violet creme color. It goes on with a bit goopy/thick and has a little streaky. I got roughly 3 days before I got chips. A cute color, perfect for the Spring or when you need a pop of color in the Winter.

Julep Nail Polish - Francis

The creamy celery green goes on smoothly with a creme finish. The application wasn't very thick or goopy but it took a couple of coats for full coverage.  It's a perfect color for rounding out the Summer and to bring in the Fall.

Vapour Nail Polish - 524 Ether

The 3 free nail polish is non-toxic and free of toluene, DHB, and formaldehyde. The package and bottle is made from recycled materials. The ultra glossy inky midnight blue nail polish goes on smoothly but is a bit streaky. The formula is a bit thin and it takes multiple layers before achieving full coverage. The nail polish promises to be chip-resistant but I sometimes get a chip within an hour or two of doing my nails. Granted, I don't use a top or base coat but within an hour is a very short time frame.
