Wander Beauty Glow Ahead Illuminating Face Oil

I have tried a few Wander Beauty items and they tend to a mixed bag. They work okay but, I have used better products that delivered more promising results. I was hesitant to try this face oil because of that reason. I was conflicted because I love facial oils but, the Wander Beauty brand is kind of lackluster.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love this oil. They recommend using a few (2-3) drops but, I probably used closer to (10-20) drops. I have a big face and suffer from dry skin. I applied the facial oil either by itself or after applying a sheet mask before bed. When I wake up in the morning, my skin looks refreshed, glowing, and just overall freaking amazing! I get compliments and comments about my skin daily versus my normal, "Are you tired?" comments.

The facial oil is enriched with cast oil, black currant seed oil, niacinamide, and arginine. The oil goes on smoothly and left my skin glowy. When applying the oil, I noticed that it looked like a glittery liquid in my hand. I believe this is one of the reasons why my skin looked instantly glowy. Either way, I am a definite fan of this product and have added it to my favorite product list.

Freeman Beauty Star Fruit Purifying Facial Paper Mask

I have used Freeman Beauty products before and I always been a fan of paper masks. Paper masks  are the latest "trend" and can be pricy but these are affordable option. This paper mask is infused with star fruit extracts, lavender, tea tree, witch hazel, and niacinamide. The skin soothing mask helps soothe  acne flare ups, balance oil production, minimizes the appearance of pores, and soothe breakouts.

The mask took some working to get on my face. The mask was too thin and kept sticking to itself. I gave up after 3 tries and just the bottom part of my left cheek was left uncovered. Like many other masks, it is best to use after cleansing the skin. However, unlike other masks whose wait time is around 30 minutes or more; this wait time for this mask is only 5 to 10 minutes.  After removing the mask, my face did feel softer but my face did have a bit of at tingly feeling. Granted, this mask is very affordable (can be found in drugstore around $2) so I might try these masks again more often. On a side note, I did notice a difference but not as a big difference as the more expensive masks. Given that, these are more appropriate for a quick pick me up instead of whole relaxing spa day type of masks.

Epionce Intense Defense Anti-Aging + Repair Serum

This intense serum is like a skin care multivitamin for your skin. It is packed with fruit, botanical extracts and Niacinamide. The potent cocktail promises to reverse fine line, wrinkles, improve skin tone, smooth, soften and improve firmness, elasticity and texture. The creamy formula went on smoothly and left my face feeling soft and firm. I must say, when they say intensive hydration, they really do mean intensive. I used a little bit of the serum on my face and face look like my face was drenched with water. It did take a bit of work to work in all of the serum into my face. The only parts I didn’t like is that my hands were sticky from the lotion and my face did get a bit dry towards the evening. Overall, it was too pricey to buy again and I found other products that work a lot better for less money.
