The bright orange red lipstick went on smoothly. The high quality lipstick gave a nice coverage, moisturizing, and it is very pigmented. It was advertised as matte lipstick but I think it had a soft sheen satin finish and it wasn't as drying as other matte lipstick. For $8 a bullet, the lipstick is quite a steal. I can't wait to try the other Manic Panic lipsticks.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Targeted Tone Corrector

Every time, I get acne I always get dark spots without fail. I have heard soy helps reduce the appearance dark spots. The vitamin A enriched serum went on smoothly and didn’t leave my face feeling greasy. My dark spots faded a bit and my complexion look more radiant and glowy. While the tone corrector is meant as a spot treatment I been using it all over my skin. The serum is oil free, non-comedogenic, and non-irritating. Overall, I love this dark spot corrector for an all over treatment since it cost under $20 and managed to fade my dark spots more than expensive products I have tried.   

L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream

The super popular hand cream is sold every three seconds around the world. The hand cream is enriched with 20% shea butter, honey, almond extracts and coconut oil. The cream promises to absorb quickly to soften, smooths, protect, and moisturize.  The  reamy lotion goes on smoothly but I find it left my hand a bit greasy. My hands does feel soft and smooth but I wasn’t fond of the greasy feeling. So I use it mostly at night before going to bed so I can wake up with soft hands without dealing with the greasy feeling. I did try putting a small amount but my hands still felt dry and looked ashy.

Julep Nail Polish - Sylvia

When I first got this color, I thought I got the wrong color. When I swatch my Sylvia, mines looked more gray purple creme [ a bit also like a bluish eggplant color] instead of the lilac purple creme noted on Julep website. I tried take multiple shots to show the color. Either way, it's a nice color to start the spring with. The color went on thick, shiny and smooth and lasted for a bit.
