Rituals Honey Touch Indian Rose & Himalaya Honey Rich and Nourishing Body Cream

The Rituals honey touch body cream is packed with Himalayan honey, Indian rose extracts, shea butter, sunflower seed oil, and cocoa butter. The creamy luxurious cream goes on smoothly and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. I found the soft rose scent to be relaxing and stayed on my skin throughout the day.

L'Occitane en Provence Ultra Rich Shampoo

The rich shampoo is enriched with shea butter, an ingredient known for it’s nourishing and hydrating properties. The shampoo is creamy and provides a generous lather. Unfortunately, it left my thin hair very greasy and felt weigh down. Perhaps, this shampoo is better suited to people with very dry hair.

Mizon Enjoy Vital-Up Time Nourishing Mask Nourishing Your Rough Skin containing Fresh Avocado

You gotta love a product that has it’s entire life story in it’s name. The nourish mask is a part of the new mask line from Mizon. It is packed with avocado extracts, allantoin, trehalose, hyaluronic acid and sc-glucan (which sounds made  up or comes from space). The mask had a generous portion of serum and it left my skin smooth, soft and radiant. It also had a pleasant scent. I can’t wait to try more from this brand.

Aveeno Nourish and Strengthen Shampoo and Conditioner

Thinking the “strong” Florida sun will do major damage to my hair I decided to take along this “gentle”  shampoo and conditioner duo hoping it will help. I had recently got a haircut cutting off not just the dead ends but at least 6 inches of hair. I hoped the shampoo/conditioner help protect my strands from breaking and keeping “I just came from the salon look”. The soft scented did leave my hair soft and manageable. Did it help strengthen my hair? Truly, I have no way of knowing but I did like how my hair look afterwards, so I am guessing even if it didn’t strengthen my hair it did strengthen my self confidence. Now, all is left is the massive acne breakout, that the Florida’s heat has blessed me with.

Moroccanoil Abundant Nourishment Body Butter

I had no idea, that Moroccanoil made more than hair products. Lo and behold, they do! The whipped body butter is packed with argan oil, vitamin E, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, squalane, argan butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, olive oil, avocado oil, and pomegranate oil. [Boy, that’s a long list of good for you ingredients! They weren't kidding about the abundant part] The rich cream goes on thick but felt little greasy. I notice a little of the velvety body butter is all that is needed. My skin felt really soft, silky smooth, and delicately scented. The body butter smells like a bit like the original Moroccanoil, which is not my particularly favorite scent. The body butter is really good for the cold and harsh weather but it might be a bit too heavy during the warmer months.

Burt’s Bees Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter

I love mangoes and I am quite fond of Burt’s Bees lip balm so I thought this would be the perfect combination. Although the person who thought “Fruit” and “Cake” would be a great idea is sadly mistaken. The lip balm is infused with nourishing mango butter that promises to smooth and hydrate dry chapped lips. I like the fruit scent of the lip balm and I believe there was a slight mangoey taste. My only misgiving is that my lips didn’t stay hydrated and I was constantly re-applying -- granted it could be my fault that it smelled so sweet and tasted so yummy I kept licking the lip balm off.

The fresh scented hair mask is packed with Sea Buckthorn Berry, antioxidants, vitamins, healthy fatty acids, omega vitamins and free parabens and sulfates. It is also safe for color treated hair. The mask promises to provide intense conditioning, replenishing, moisturizes, and repair for all hair types. I use it once a week and it left my hair soft, shiny, and easily manageable. Overall, I really like this hair mask and I will definitely buy this again.
